Dr Bohlega obtained his basic medical training at King Saud University and graduated in 1980. Then in 1982, he went to Canada where he underwent his training in Neurology at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver BC. He developed specialist interest in Multiple Sclerosis, Movement Disorders and did subspecialty training in Neurophysiology.
In 1989, he joined the Department of Neurosciences at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre as a Consultant Neurologist and then was promoted as a Senior Consultant and later was appointed as Professor of Neurology at Al Faisal University.
He is the founder and a chairperson of the National Saudi Board of Neurology for ten years. Also, he is the Founder and Chairman of Saudi Multiple Sclerosis Advisory Group from 1997 through 2012. Currently, he is re-elected President of the Saudi Neurology Society (SNS) and the Ex-President of the PAN Arab Union of Neurological Societies (PAUNS). He worked as Head of Neurology then as Chairman of Department of Neurosciences. He is a member of many prestigious neurological societies like the American Neurological Association (ANA) and the British Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is the current Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the World Federation of Neurology (WFN).
He received numerous national and international awards for his clinical and academic contributions.
To date, Dr Bohlega has published more than 156 papers in a peer reviewed journal. He wrote a few book chapters. He also presented more than 200 presentations in various conferences.

Associate Professor of Neurology at College of Medicine in King Khalid University, a Consultant Neurologist and Interventional Neuroloradiogist and the Director of Stroke Unit in Aseer central Hospital.

Dr. Hazzani is the Secretory of Saudi Neurology Society, Vice President of both Saudi Stroke Association SSA and MENA stroke. His previous administrative position include Dean of college of Pharmacy, vice Dean for clinical affairs chairman and Director of international collaboration program, College of Medicine.

He obtained his MB, BS with honours from King Khalid University in 2001. Finished his residency at McGill University in 2008 and became a fellow of the Royal College of Physician and surgeons in Canada. He did his fellowship in Vascular neurology at Harvard University in 2009 followed by interventional neuroradiology and endovascular neurosurgery fellowship in 2010, he is fellow of academic leadership center at the Ministry of education since 2013 and a fellow at the American Academy of neurology since 2016.

His current interest includes acute therapy of stroke, academic leadership and medical education. He published more than 20 articles in high impact journals like JAMA, Stroke, neurology in the field of cerebrovascular disease and neuroscience. He is a member of many professional organizations and advisory board at national and international levels.

He worked as Director in various Programs like Outreach Program at King Fahad General Hospital, Comprehensive Epilepsy Program and Chairman in the Department of Neurosciences at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Gen. Org.) – Jeddah. He also held position from 2010 to 2014 as Chairman, Scientific Committee Board for Saudi Council Adult Neurology Training Program in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Dr. Al-Said is an active participant in many KFSHRC internal committees, as well as in external or national organizations as member or at the helm in various lead capacities.
Dr. Al-Said earned a lot of awards like Merit Award presented by Saudi Arabian Culture Mission in Canada for Academic Achievement during Adult Neurology Fellowship in 1998 and 1999 and King Abdulaziz University Research Excellence Award in 2011. He made many publications and abstracts presented in international symposia.

The fellowship was in Neuroimmunology, Multiple Sclerosis and NMO.
